March has been quite a month! It seems that spring this year has heralded new beginnings like never before. As the weather has improved and we’ve all taken our first few tentative steps towards ‘freedom’, it’s almost as if we’re gradually emerging from an enforced hibernation.
The housing market is unbelievably buoyant and we’re hearing numerous reports of demand outstripping supply – and properties being snapped up (for more than the proposed asking price!) before they’ve even hit the market.
And it seems that there’s an awful lot of pent-up demand from customers who are raring to get going on their dream home projects – which is great news!
We’re delighted to report that we’ve just been appointed for 4 new projects, including the contract to build this fantastic contemporary property in Cobham. All but one of these new projects have come via recommendations from current or previous clients and we couldn’t be more grateful for their endorsements. Choosing a partner for your design, build or refurbishment project can be pretty daunting, so an introduction from someone who’s worked with us before can give a new client the reassurance they need.
Further new enquiries are still coming in at a rate we haven’t seen in many years and, given that buoyancy in the property and construction sectors has such a positive impact on so many other areas, all the signs point towards a much-needed economic boom!
