We love the process of creating our clients’ dream homes. Whether we’re building from scratch or refurbishing an existing property, we recognise the huge responsibility of the process – and handing the keys back to their rightful owner on completion is always a special moment. That our clients should be happy in their home is the greatest reward.
But we have to confess that having our work applauded by independent observers feels pretty good too, and that’s just what’s happened over recent months.
For some time now we’ve been renovating an older property in Ashtead, adding a basement entertainment area plus a stunning leisure complex, bringing the property fully up to date and including innovative security and sustainability features. In short, we’ve taken our clients’ vision and have brought it to life. We entered this project into the International Property Awards’ “Best Residential Renovation/ Redevelopment” category, at the end of last year, supplying full details of the project along with CGIs of the proposed concept and numerous photos of our progress along the way.
We were delighted to be named as the best renovation project in Surrey – but over the moon to be subsequently voted as the best residential redevelopment in the whole of the UK. That’s quite an accolade!
This project is nearing completion now and we are most grateful to the architect, interior design company, garden designer and all the sub-contractors who have worked alongside us – but most of all to our amazing clients who have entrusted us with creating their forever home. It’s a truly beautiful house and transforming it has been an absolute pleasure.
