This is a fantastic project!  Our clients bought an older property in a fabulous setting on this unique private estate with a view to knocking the house down to create something special in its place.

Iconic AD designed this exceptional house to our clients’ specifications and our clients worked closely with The L&C Company, an interior design consultancy, to agree the interior layout.  A leading kitchen designer was commissioned to create a handmade, luxury kitchen.  The property includes 6 bedroom suites, a triple-height entrance hall, a wine room, plenty of entertaining space, an air-conditioned gym and a staff annexe.

The finished home sits in beautifully landscaped grounds, complete with swimming pool and pool house, and blends beautifully with the properties around it.
