Seeing that first brick laid of your dream house can be an emotional moment: after months – and sometimes years – of planning, revising and refining your vision, seeing your ideas translated skilfully into an architect’s drawings and then into plans, that first, tangible step towards reality can be enough to bring a tear to your eye.  Understandably.

But the last thing you want to be worrying about as your home takes shape is upsetting the neighbours.  No one wants to move into their beautiful new home to find that there has been major aggravation and disputes throughout the process of the build.  That’s where we come in!  It’s part of our role to ensure that everyone involved with your project is mindful of the concerns of the surrounding homeowners.  Much of our work involves building on private estates: building a strong collaborative relationship with the estate management team is vital.

Our site managers recognise the importance of maintaining a clean and tidy site and can often be found out sweeping the road themselves to ensure that mud and dirt, inevitable on a busy building site, are kept within the confines of the site.

We encourage anyone with concerns to come to us as soon as possible in order that we can sort things out before they become contentious, ensuring the smooth progress of your venture.

Our aim, as always, is to deliver the home of your dreams on time, within budget – and without upsetting anyone along the way.
