Don’t panic, you’re not on your own! We don’t just walk away when the decorators move out and the curtains go up! We’ll be on hand as you settle into your new home, whether it’s one that we’ve built from scratch or one of our substantial refurbishments.

Of course, we give full guarantees on our work and carry out reviews at 6 and 12 months to correct anything which has slipped or shrunk post-build. This is pretty much standard within our industry – and please be very wary of proceeding with any builder who doesn’t offer cast-iron guarantees.

But we like to think that we go a little further than most to ensure that our clients are as happy as possible in their beautiful new homes – and if it’s covered by our guarantees it shouldn’t cost you a thing (and if it’s not, you’ll find our tradespeople all offer very favourable rates to our clients).

It’s not just ‘snagging’ that we take care of; our clients all have access to our carefully curated ‘little black book’ of contacts, tried and tested local tradespeople who we’ve come to know and trust. We’ve been building houses in and around Surrey for well over 20 years now, so that book is pretty much bursting at the seams. This means that if, in years to come, you need to have a patio re-laid, add a swimming pool or reimagine the spare bedroom as a nursery, all you need to do is call us. Whatever you want to move, build or repair, chances are that we know someone who can help.

And as we like to stay in touch with our clients, there’s pretty much no statute of limitations on this. Once a client, always a client!
