Redesign and refurbishment in Cobham

The brief for this project was to provide a design for a full-scale revision of the ground floor to open it up and give it some ‘flow’.

Working to a tight timescale, we obtained planning consents, stripped out the house and built a single storey rear extension before remodelling and fitting out the property.  The end result was a contemporary, elegantly simple look with plenty of usable open plan space – and a happy client!
